Aem E85 Inline Fuel Pump

Revised Circulate Scores for AEM High Circulate In-Tank & Inline Gasoline Pumps

AEM has updated the circulate rankings of its In-Tank and Inline High Circulate Gasoline Pumps! AEM In-Tank gas pumps are actually rated at 340lph @ forty PSI gas strain, and Inline Aem E85 Inline Fuel Pump are rated at 400lph @ forty PSI gas pressure.

IN-TANK FUEL PUMPS

AEM’s High Circulate In-Tank Gasoline Pumps (PN 50-one thousand, 50-1200, 50-1215 & 50-1220) are designed for high efficiency naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Our In-tank pumps circulate up to 340LPH (90 GPH) at forty PSI and are capable of supporting over 1,000 HP at 43 PSI.

AEM black anodized in-tank gas pumps are for use with gasoline only and green high ‘E85’ gas pumps are suitable with E100 ethanol, M100 methanol and all gasoline types. AEM’s E85-suitable High Circulate In-Tank Gasoline Pumps function strong internal building that's designed to face up to the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels.

INLINE FUEL PUMPS

AEM’s Inline High Circulate Aem E85 Inline Fuel Pump might be installed externally or in-tank using optionally available hardware that's offered separately. Both AEM Inline Gasoline Pumps utilize the industry normal “044 Type” envelope.

The PN 50-1005 High Circulate Inline Gasoline Pump has -10 AN feminine inlet and -8 AN male outlet connections for straightforward installation on new applications and for fast substitute of present competitor gas pumps.

The PN 50-1009 Metric High-Circulate Inline Gasoline Pump has an M18X1.5 feminine inlet and M12x1.5 male outlet, making it the best direct substitute upgrade for 044 gas pumps.

Both AEM High Circulate Inline Gasoline Pumps are capable of supporting over 1,200 HP usually aspirated and 860 HP at 30 psi enhance*. These gas pumps circulate 400lph (105 gph) at forty PSI, 340 lph (90 gph) at 73 PSI, and 270 lph (71 gph) at a hundred and twenty PSI. AEM 400LPH Inline Gasoline Pumps are rated for blended ethanol fuels (E85/E90), however the usage of 100% alcohol fuels could diminish pump life.

*Power ranking given using gasoline and assuming a base gas strain of 43 PSI, 13.5v on the pump, 6.2 lbs/gal with a BSFC of 0.65. Boost gas strain is assumed to be the base strain of 43 PSI + enhance pressure. Circulate functionality for horsepower support is in the end dependent on gas hose diameter, and system electrical voltage and amperage capabilities.

AEM HIGH FLOW INLINE FUEL PUMPS MAY BE USED SOLELY ON VEHICLES USED IN SANCTIONED COMPETITION WHICH MAY NEVER BE USED UPON A PUBLIC ROAD OR HIGHWAY, UNLESS PERMITTED BY SPECIFIC REGULATORY EXEMPTION (VISIT THE “EMISSIONS” FOR STATE BY STATE DETAILS.
