Revised Circulate Rankings for AEM High Circulate In-Tank & Inline Gasoline Pumps
AEM has updated the circulate rankings of its In-Tank and Inline High Circulate Gasoline Pumps! AEM In-Tank fuel pumps are now rated at 340lph @ forty PSI fuel pressure, and Inline Aem 320 Fuel Pump E85 are rated at 400lph @ forty PSI fuel pressure.
IN-TANK FUEL PUMPS
AEM’s High Circulate In-Tank Gasoline Pumps (PN 50-a thousand, 50-1200, 50-1215 & 50-1220) are designed for prime efficiency naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Our In-tank pumps circulate as much as 340LPH (90 GPH) at forty PSI and are able to supporting over 1,000 HP at 43 PSI.
AEM black anodized in-tank fuel pumps are to be used with gasoline only and green prime ‘E85’ fuel pumps are appropriate with E100 ethanol, M100 methanol and all gasoline types. AEM’s E85-appropriate High Circulate In-Tank Gasoline Pumps characteristic robust inside development that's designed to resist the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels.
INLINE FUEL PUMPS

AEM 400LPH Inline Gasoline Pumps are rated for blended ethanol fuels (E85/E90), however the use of 100% alcohol fuels could diminish pump life.
*Energy rating given using gasoline and assuming a base fuel pressure of 43 PSI, 13.5v at the pump, 6.2 lbs/gal with a BSFC of 0.65. Increase fuel pressure is assumed to be the base pressure of 43 PSI + increase pressure. Circulate capability for horsepower assist is in the end dependent on fuel hose diameter, and system electrical voltage and amperage capabilities.
