Revised Circulate Rankings for AEM High Circulate In-Tank & Inline Gasoline Pumps

AEM has updated the circulate rankings of its In-Tank and Inline High Circulate Gasoline Pumps! AEM In-Tank fuel pumps are now rated at 340lph @ forty PSI fuel pressure, and Inline Aem 320 Fuel Pump E85 are rated at 400lph @ forty PSI fuel pressure.

IN-TANK FUEL PUMPS

AEM’s High Circulate In-Tank Gasoline Pumps (PN 50-a thousand, 50-1200, 50-1215 & 50-1220) are designed for prime efficiency naturally aspirated and forced induction EFI vehicles. Our In-tank pumps circulate as much as 340LPH (90 GPH) at forty PSI and are able to supporting over 1,000 HP at 43 PSI.

AEM black anodized in-tank fuel pumps are to be used with gasoline only and green prime ‘E85’ fuel pumps are appropriate with E100 ethanol, M100 methanol and all gasoline types. AEM’s E85-appropriate High Circulate In-Tank Gasoline Pumps characteristic robust inside development that's designed to resist the low lubricity characteristics of ethanol and methanol fuels.

INLINE FUEL PUMPS

AEM’s Inline High Circulate Aem 320 Fuel Pump E85 may be installed externally or in-tank using non-obligatory hardware that's sold separately. Each AEM Inline Gasoline Pumps make the most of the trade normal “044 Style” envelope.

The PN 50-1005 High Circulate Inline Gasoline Pump has -10 AN female inlet and -eight AN male outlet connections for straightforward installation on new purposes and for quick replacement of present competitor fuel pumps.

The PN 50-1009 Metric High-Circulate Inline Gasoline Pump has an M18X1.5 female inlet and M12x1.5 male outlet, making it the best direct replacement upgrade for 044 fuel pumps.

Each AEM High Circulate Inline Gasoline Pumps are able to supporting over 1,200 HP normally aspirated and 860 HP at 30 psi increase*. These fuel pumps circulate 400lph (one zero five gph) at forty PSI, 340 lph (90 gph) at 73 PSI, and 270 lph (71 gph) at 120 PSI. AEM 400LPH Inline Gasoline Pumps are rated for blended ethanol fuels (E85/E90), however the use of 100% alcohol fuels could diminish pump life.

*Energy rating given using gasoline and assuming a base fuel pressure of 43 PSI, 13.5v at the pump, 6.2 lbs/gal with a BSFC of 0.65. Increase fuel pressure is assumed to be the base pressure of 43 PSI + increase pressure. Circulate capability for horsepower assist is in the end dependent on fuel hose diameter, and system electrical voltage and amperage capabilities.

AEM HIGH FLOW INLINE FUEL PUMPS MAY BE USED SOLELY ON VEHICLES USED IN SANCTIONED COMPETITION WHICH MAY NEVER BE USED UPON A PUBLIC ROAD OR HIGHWAY, UNLESS PERMITTED BY SPECIFIC REGULATORY EXEMPTION (VISIT THE “EMISSIONS” FOR STATE BY STATE DETAILS. INSTALLERS/USERS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES SHOULD ACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
